Complaints

In accordance with the Department for Education’s best practice guidance for school complaints, there are two stages to our complaint procedures.  Initially, we ask parents/carers to tell us about their worries, concerns or complaints by contacting the School Office in person or by telephone. Those communicated directly by email will not be addressed.

If the complaint is unable to be resolved at the informal stage or you wish to go straight to the formal stage, we ask you to put your concerns or complaint in writing using the form below.  This form can then be sent to the school addressed to Mrs Michelle Ellis (Headteacher) or Mr Neil Tranmer (Chair of Governors) who are responsible for dealing with parental issues and any complaints sent by members of the public.
